tr7 spyder model

there are two tr7 spyder models for sale right now on ebay.
they claim to be different and rare.  the sellers cannot tell me how
they are different.
does anyone here know what is different about the spyder model ?  
is it worth more money ?  i want a better car (i.e. 5sp vs 4sp) not just
a decal that says spyder on it.
