Yes, the fuse is an inline fuse, located in the harness near
the front carb.
The relay has four terminals, but two of them are (should be)
tied together. These go to the horns. One lead goes to the
horn button, as you noted. The other goes to power.
Well ... now it gets interesting. The *original* relay had four
terminals, as described above, and the power lead supplied current both
to the relay coil *and* the load (not very typical in current use).
Replacement relays might not be set up this way and require a jumper to
be made here ... and then you'll have to add a branch to feed both
horns from the single output.
You'll have to do a bit of investigation of your relay
with an ohmmeter to see exactly what you've got.
