Anyone with experience building a custom exhaust manifold from butt weldable
pipe fittings?
I'm particularly interested in how you can set up the exhaust plumbing for
cylinders number 2 & 3 and 4 & 5. The exhaust ports are only separated by
about 1 inch which leaves very little room between pipes for a good weld
How do the aftermarket headers do it?
Any on know what the OD and thickness is on after market headers?
Are the header pipes round where they mate to the head or are they round?
