Thanks to everyone who responded to my question about liner removal. I
ended up making on of Randall's "pipe drifts", and once I got out a big
enough hammer (a 2 lb deadblow wasn't enough, a 5 lb mini-sledge was) I got
them going. I'm glad I used the drive, because I had to drive them the
whole way out.
