Move the grill 1/8" to the left? (grin) The holes in my grill didn't line
up very well either, but I don't recall that they were all off the same
amount in the same direction. Using the spring captures with sheet metal
screws gives a little more leeway than the nutter inserts, I think.
Anyway, I did use a round file to enlarge the holes in the grill a bit. You
could also use a drill. Because the holes are in a conical depression,
enlarging the holes also reduced the depth of the protrusion and prevented
the sharp edges around the holes from scratching the paint.
