There's a dial type fuel regulator that you can get at your local auto parts 
store. It's pretty inexpensive. I can't speak to its reliability however, a 
number of vintage racer friends of mine seem happy with it.

When I redid the fuel system in my `4 a few years ago, I opted for a 
Rochester regulator I bought it from Pegasus Racing Supply. The Rochester 
regulator has 1 inlet and two outlets. I used each of the outlets to feed 
the carbs separately. BTW, I also added a fuel pressure gauge down-line from 
the regulator. During the course of the upgrade I replaced my mechanical 
fuel pump with a Facet electronic pump. All the fuel lines were replaced 
either with steel or aircraft steel flex line, too.
