In reference to the recent discussion on the (correct) colour of a TR4
(Lucas DR3A) wiper motor I have come across a picture of a NOS DR3A wiper
motor. Check it out at:

That motor is NOS and is shows what should be the original finish.
FWIW the motor pictured is currently being offered for sale on the VTR
classifieds site along with a host of other rare NOS Lucas parts. NFI. I
struggle to find a single NOS Lucas part for my car and somehow this seller
has a collection of rare NOS parts, I guess when it rains it pours?!?!
