>I've got some unusual noises arising from my front suspension after
replacing the front shocks. When I push down on the car, I hear some
popping noises that seem to come from the shocks themselves. The
replacement shocks are the regular OEM units (not terribly impressed).
What do you wise folks have to say about this?

Have you lubed the chassis lately? Ball joints and trunions can do this
when they start to go dry.
