Bill, The Haynes manual lists 28-30 lbs. but I've never figured out how to get a torque wrench in there. I use several extensions and if one does that I don't think the torque readings are accurate. Use new nyloc nuts and get them good and tight would be my suggestion, or use about half as much force as before ;-) .
