If you have the correct CRT15 non-self parking wiper motor, then I believe
it does not matter which terminal is which, it will work fine either way.
Sorry, I've no idea what the 'correct' wiring is.

If you have the later DR2 self-parking motor, then it does matter, and it
depends on what you are going to do with the rest of the wiper circuit.  If
you are going to keep the original TR2 circuit with the switch wired to
fused power (which would not allow the self-park feature to work), then you
need to connect terminal 1 to ground, and terminal 2 to the wire going to
the switch.

If you are going to convert to the self-parking circuit, then the switch
gets rewired to connect to ground, while another wire needs to be run to the
motor to supply fused power.  In this case, terminal 1 goes to the switch,
terminal 2 goes to the fused power, and terminal E gets grounded.

In any case, since the wiper motor should always have fused power, the worst
that can happen is the fuse blows.
