The recent DCOE discussions have prompted me into doing additional
updating on my "DCOE for the Triumph TR2-4A" web page.
This page started out as my personal notes on DCOEs for my engine that I
put on the web in case others might find it useful.
Like many things I put on the web the page has been growing and evolving
as my understanding of the subject changes.
