That was one of Nick Hanges' cars - he's from NJ and owns a shop
down there (www.narinc.com). I'm pretty sure his NOS system was
functional. You should have seen the faces on the tech inspectors
at a Westchester Sports Car Club Autocross when he opened his
trunk! (They told him he "couldn't use it" and made him remove the
tanks).
