Bob, no help on the rebuild as it's not a "3" and I have no experience, but,
White Post at one time sleeved M/cyclinders for 55.00, now they only
resleeve and rebuild them for 170.00 and thats using your parts and they put
in 2 rubber seals, the kit is only 4.00 @ BPNW, W. P. gets $120.00 to
