  For carbs in NA still being produced, the old bettle in MX (is it still
being made?) was no doubt it.  The last one I know about for certain was my
1991 Crown Victoria (police model, last of the square style) with a variable
venturi carb in it.  For American production cars, this was the last one
(thankfully.)  For imports, the Justy (That lovely little Subaru with the CV
trans) may have had them in '90.

  I think a few larger Ford trucks (moving truck size with the truck 429 -no
relation to the Boss 429) still had carbs within a year of that, but those
had different emissions requirements.

  Now, in former Eastern Bloc counties, no doubt someone there is still
making Trabants or something equally as antique carbureted...
