Jay,
Of the 5 TR6s that I've owned, only 2 didn't have it. It was very common at
the local dealer, Import Motors in Columbus, GA. I assume it was the same
throughout the deep south for cars that were imported at Jacksonville, FL.
There were regional differences in the type of A/C units fitted I have
discovered. The units fitted in the mid-west and west were sometimes
different than the ones I've seen down here. BTW, it works great on a hot,
muggy day in traffic!

I am wondering how many 6's have A/C? I know it was an option in the last
years. I have only ever seen one car that had it. Are the parts or
conversion kits available anywhere? None of my parts books show them.
