I have used wrinkle finish black paint in the past with great success, but
have now got Plasti-Kote from Advance Auto, and can't seem to get a good
finish, First try,, said 3 HEAVY coats,, 10 min apart. It saged and
wrinkled Way to much,, strip and prime, try again and put on 3 wet but not
too heavy coats,, about a 30 % wrinkle area with the rest smooth,, strip
and prime and Third try,, kinda in between, but still Huge wrinkles no where
near like the original Triumph. I can't remember the brand I use to use,,
two coat application and nice tight small wrinkles,, Any one have the name of
good wrinkle finish paint?
