I wasn't aware BMH was making Spitfire shells - unless this has come
about within the last year. Last I knew of the mooted plan was the
tooling needed to be made, the cost was prohibitive and for which
Spitfire would they proceed? Mk 4 was an obvious choice but clamours
from around the world for Mk3/2/1 as well. If they've gone ahead and
now produce a shell, I'd guess the tooling is new as ST ditched most
of it when Spitfire finished.
