Thread-topic: | TR6 Leaking Differential |
Hello All, This past weekend, I got around to checking the gear oil in my differential. It was quite low. I drove it for a quick run, parked it and placed some newspaper under the differential. Sure enough, it is leaking from the front of the unit. I've never worked on a differential before, but I'm guessing the leak is coming from the pinion oil seal. Is this an easy repair...anything else it might be...any hints on doing the work? Thanks, Bill Atlanta 74 1/2 TR6 /// triumphs@autox.team.net mailing list /// To unsubscribe send a plain text message to majordomo@autox.team.net /// with nothing in it but /// /// unsubscribe triumphs /// /// or try http://www.team.net/cgi-bin/majorcool |
