Obviously enough people have been using the word efficiency where they
should have been using efficacy that it has maid it into the dictionary.

Blame it on the adrenalin.  It was a typo.  (I was hoping it would pass
unnoticed but Joe Curry advises me to not keep my hopes up<G>)

Can't blame Phonics.  I'm not a fanatic for phonics.  Phonetically
speaking.
