The plugs are no longer listed by any of the major vendors. I haven't been able
to find a proper threaded fastener to re-plug the holes, but maybe there is one
available somewhere. The problem is that all the socket head plugs I've been 
able
to find are coarse thread, pipe threads.

i use a 5/8" fine thread bolt, covered with thread sealant (NOT the wrap-around
teflon tape!). I screw it in tight, then cut it off with a cutoff wheel and 
dress
it down flush.
