As for the first question I can't help you. But for the second I just went though this for 2 years and it turned out to be the front tire were out of balance. And the same symptoms were present. So, go and have then checked, probably a godd idea to get all checked, rebalanced and rotated. Most places offer this kind of package at a very reasonable rate. David A.
