When a synchro is snuggly up against the gear it's getting ready to drive.... What is the minimum clearance between the outer gear rims that suggests their state of wear? ...maybe re-word the question.... How do you know if a synchro is worn during visual/physical inspection.? ...reworded again..... What is the feeler gauge gap between toothed rims of an engaged synchro and its driven gear on a brand new synchro and gear?
