Fw: Question about Radial vs Bias tire on TR3 and TR4

TS21130L had Michelin X's as original equipment.  Lasted about 27,000 miles
and were too expensive to replace. $50 each at that time, I think. So I went
to various bias ply tires for the rest of its life. None went more than
10,000 miles. How tire technology has changed!
