U-haul must have the same customer service trainer as United Airlines. I
can't tell you how many times I've heard "Your plane is delayed 15 minutes"
then "Your plane is delayed 15 minutes" only to have a four hour delay - 15
minutes at a time. If they'd just tell you up front you could go and have a
nice meal, but nooooooo, they must get a cut of airport vendor profits. I
hate that!
