PWDA info

On the spit6 the PWDA is the type that has 2 bolts, each one at opposite
sides of the valve. But the one one from the '76 spit parts car is a single
bolt unit. 

I know the one from '76 is the type that can not be rebuilt.  The question
is can the 2-bolt unit be rebuilt? Is this the unit from a GT6?
