        Missing some essential elements of information, thanks for
pointing out the omission - '76 US-spec TR6.  The lights themselves
still flash but sometimes the dash indicator doesn't and it seems to
coincide with the gauges but I could be mistaken on that point.

Probably not the voltage stabiliser.  The turn signals in most Triumphs
don't feed from the VS.  What model Triumph is this Bryce? Year of
manufcture?  Federal? UK Spec?
