The brake lights stopped working on my TR3, and I traced it to a bad switch
in the brake line (Cheap Triumph parts...only lasted 30 years!). I
happened to have a "normally open" oil pressure sender switch in my junk
box, which I installed to verify the problem. Now, the brake lights work
fine, but I'm wondering if the switch will handle the pressure found in a
hydraulic system of this type, or if I should replace it with the proper
part?
Thanks,
Richard Sr
