Phil, sorry but I disagree. If they are done properly they are smack on as
far as having no vibrations. This type of balancing is also dynamic.
If you mark each wheel then you can refit it properly if you take it off to
repair a flat. But you are right about rotating the wheels. It means that
you have to re-balance each time you rotate. I have been running mine for
quite a while and have had none of the problems which you cite. And I have
no vibrations at any speed. Cheers.
