I use a scrap of foam insulation board. It's about 3x3 and 2" thick. Not only does it keep the cold floor at bay, it actually radiates the heat from your body like a stadium seat. I need to get a longer piece though...this one's great for sitting, but when I have to recline, one end of me or the other is on the floor. Durable too.
