Nonsense. The Midwest can overproduce grain for any purpose you like. The
problem is not production. The farm lobby is pushing ethanol to provide a
market for grain. If I had a magic way to get surplus US grain past the
corrupt politicians in third world countries and into the hands of starving
people, I'd do it.
