Please folks, DON'T SEND ATTACHMENTS. As someone else pointed out, Mark's
lists strip attachments. Some lists don't. Also, if you send a reply to
something
posted by another person, the reply which goes directly to the poster will carry
the attachment. Set your mailer to send forwards as text, not as attachments.
If you have something that you want to send to an individual as an attachment,
discuss it beforehand. The virus-makers are getting really sneaky and have
ways of making attachments look as
When I see an attachment in my mailbox, unless I am absolutely certain what
it is, I trash the whole message without opening it.
