Yup. Early ring gears (for the early starter) don't have bolt holes. Later ones do. The hard part is deciding whether "short nose starter" means an early starter or a late starter <g> Randall Alan wrote : > Is there an easy way to tell a 'long nose starter' ring gear from a 'short > nose starter' ring gear? |
