I would highly recommend Librandi's Plating & Machine Shop. I have
had all my chrome from the 6 done by them and will do the same with 
the 3 (when I finally get to that part). They get tons of parts 
mailed to them from all over the world and their work can't be beat.
They did my original luggage rack for $150, my front bumper for
$220 and my rear bumper (all three parts) for $260. This included
knocking out dents and replacing some captive nuts. End result
was fantastic.
