No real tricks to working on ZS carbs. I rebuilt my own and used the Bentley
and Haynes manuals as a guide. The professional work I had done was the
throttle shaft reaming and rebush. Any British car shop should have the
proper equipment or you can send them to The Roadster Factory.
The biggest challenge I had was when my 3 year old son hauled the box
containing every part of both disassembled carbs to his sand box to play!
Amazingly enough, after 3 days of careful sifting, every part was recovered
and my son's life was spared!
