Moss and others have both "period" and "newer" style
belts. You could also go with a "race" style harness from
your local race shop, though passengers will not be able
to figure out how to use them. In my experience. <g> For
a daily driver, replacing the webbing is probably a good
idea as they'll degrade over time.

When my DPO had the speedo rebuilt he SHOULD have had
the rebuilder calibrate the speedo -- by providing a specific
measurement (distance of one tire rotation I think). He didn't so
I'm off by about 10%. And the needle wanders, usually an
indication of poor cable routing or an binding cable. But I used to
have a CJ5 with oversized tires and I'm used to recalculating
the speed, so I do it on the fly.* The benefit: passengers say
"wow, this is a really smooth ride at 80mph!" Hopefully they
don't notice that most everyone else would have to be going 100.

*though on the TR4 it reads high, not low. My current Range Rover
reads low, not high, so I ocassionally find myself doing the wrong
adjustment and driving the TR4 through residential neighborhoods
really slow. :-)
