I've sold my Volvo 1800ES and need to have it shipped from Ann Arbor to
Baton Rouge by mid-February (my brother's sister-in-law is giving it to her
husband as a surprise anniversary gift).
I checked with Passport and Intercity Lines who advertise in various classic
car magazines. I've been quoted about $1,000 for door-to-door delivery in
an enclosed transporter. These guys do Pebble Beach cars, so I'm sure the
service is flawless, but I'd like to get a few more quotes.
Can anyone recommend a reliable transport service that has enclosed
transporters and might offer a lower price?
