Doubleday and company, Inc.
Garden City, New York

Library of Congress catalog card 68-12158
Copyright 1968 by J. Richard O'Kane

The line drawings are by John Mecray.

I don't think it is still in print. My lovely wife had a buddy of mine find
a first edition on the internet and gave it to me as an anniversary gift in
1998. My ravings about it all these years were based on a library copy I
had read shortly after the book came out. It was a rare treat to read it
again.

"Nolite Id Cogere, Cape Malleum Majorem"
