Tr3a bearings

Hi all,

Well the '3 project is now starting.....

What is the simplest way of getting the bearings out of the rear axle for
replacement?  It is one of the modified late model axles with the 6 point
outer flange.  Also, does any one have a good source for a set of seals?  I
have the axle temporarly bolted to the frame, ( yes the body is off ), I
think this is a convienent way of working on it, opinions please.
