Frank, The thrust washers should not be difficult. With the sump off, you could probably check the end float with a feeler guage if you cannot borrow a dial gauge and magnetic base. Just check the maximum clearance between the crank journal and a thrust washer (push the crank back and forward). Regards, Trevor Jordan |
