Herald in Missouri

About a year ago a fellow (first name "Chip') in Missouri (close to
Springfield) list a Herald on E-bay which never sold.  I saved his e-mail
address (an AOL account) and would like to get in touch again, but the
e-mails are now being return.  Does anyone of the list know the man or the
car?  A telephone number would be greatly appreciated.
