Brian -

I recently hooked up my "new" od. I did not get the angle drive; rather,
bought the long cable. It now passes through the handbrake lever boot -
which has a side bulge to accomodate the cable -, down through the
floor, then over the flywheel area just outside the firewall and thence
to the hole in the firewall infront of the dash. Mine is a 64 TR4. I
haven't looked to make sure of this, because the car is in a neighbor's
garage, so let me know if it doesn't make sense and I will go take a
close look. I can report that all worked well on the first raod test.

Regards John Howard
