TR3 Front Susp slop ?

Okay, I've finally got those $*#&*@&*( Coil springs out and the front
suspention apart.. who EVER designed these things ! <G>

My question of the day is:

How much slop is there supposed to be (if any ?) in the lower "A" arms
connecting to the frame bracket.

and

How much slop should there be in the lower Trunion all directions ?

PS: Does anyone have a spare "Shackle" that holds the rear leaf spring in
place ? ( buggered mine up getting it out...)
