Herald question

Hello all,

My older brother has finally given up on me selling him my Herald and has
bought one of his own. The car is on it's way from Plano, Texas. The Vin
is GA108698LCV

Does any one know anything about the car? What about the VIN, is this a
64 or 65 and is the GA prefix correct?

Any info would be appreciated.
