Will TR4 Drum fit TR3 ?

The running frame of my TR3 is "around" a 1962 or so and are Girling...  I
need a rear brake drum and cyclinder,  was wondering if the drum(s) off my
TR4A "IRS" parts car will fit ?

I just measured the drum on my 3 down stairs.. it is 9 3/4" wide out side
(not including the flange) and 1  3/4" wide (Will that be the "normal" 9" x
1 1/4" if measured inside ?)

Also, will the TR4 A "IRS" brake cylinders (drum) be the same
