Advice Needed - valve removal

Hi,

Just a quick one - having finally got the head off my TR7, I'm totally stumped 
as to how to get the valves out!

I've got a broken valve spring - hence the head being off - and being totally 
manual-less, I've got absolutely no idea what to do next :)

I'm assuming (having already got the camshaft out) that the little thing on top 
of the stem is a springclip, but I don't want to break it if it's not!

Any advice much appreciated.
