TR3 Spin on Adaptor

     I bought an oil cooler on sale from MOSS during the winter sale. I
called today to get a spin on oil filter adaptor with the fittings for an
oil cooler (like the one they sold me!). I was told that they don't carry
any adaptors for TR3's with oil filter fittings, even though they sell oil
cooler kits for TR3's
     Has anyone BTDT? Do any listers know where I can get the right spin on
adaptor or one that can be modified? Is there another way to install an oil
cooler?
