Hi Scott
I think the GT6 bellhousing will bolt to a TR6 backplate but if it won't you
could bolt the GT6 backplate to your engine as the backs of the engine are
the same. The thing that concerns me about your idea is the difference in
the clutch actuator assembly, will the GT6 system be able to cope with the
heavier clutch on the TR6? Seems a fifth gear of 0.63:1 would be a good
ratio for relaxed cruising, but what about sixth and seventh the
intermediary gears available on an O/D ;-)
