Hey Fred!
I think this is a fantastic idea, and would certainly be very popular!
I
have been working for the last 6 months on my new "garage." I don't have a
traditional garage, so I bought a 28' race trailer with a shop in the front.
I have a full set of tools, built in compressed air, A/C power distribution
with generator, and other "just like at home" type conveniences all in a
mobile unit!
As soon as I get the time to start going to shows again, I had always
figured I would try and put myself in a position to help out the other
enthusiasts that probably will not be brining as many tools as I would be to
a car show. If I could team up with people who actually had the technical
skill to help people out (other than just hand them tools!) then I think we
could really accomplish something.
So, if any one has any ideas...or warnings (I don't know what the
liability
implications with something like this could be) please let me know!

Subject: show repairs = very long=
The Model A Club of America, just finished a national meet in Williamsburg,
Va., I was not present, but the club I belong to, set-up a repair tent, for
any and all type repairs at no charge to the owner, remember these are 45
MPH 70 year old cars, and look at the distance of travel for some of these
cars, (VTR is too far this year dear, we can't go), I send this along,
thinking what a neat idea for LBC shows also.
