Fred,
Little things like this make me glad I live on my side of the Atlantic, not
yours! If someone waves at me I have two possible reactions:
A) They like my car (particularly if they are driving something similar)
B) They are trying to tell me that something is falling off my car!
The idea that a friendly wave could produce a gun I find truly horrific.
There
are many things I like about America when I have visited; your gun culture
is
not one of them.
