Hey Chip,
     Judging from what I've observed and read, dropheads (or DHC) have
non-fold down windscreens, roll up windows and a top that usually is not
removable. Usually, the tops are lined and appear bulky when retracted.
Also, many dropheads are called "three position dropheads" because the top
can be up, down or with only half of it down, with the top section down and
the rear section still up.
     They are usually more sofisticated than roadsters and consequently more
expensive.
     I like roadsters, myself.
